Tusass A/S is a privately owned telecommunications company headquartered in Greenland. Employing approximately 300 people, the company's primary business is providing telecommunications services.
Tusass marked its centenary on an unspecified date by upgrading its 80/20 Mbps broadband subscription to 100 Mbps downlink/20 Mbps uplink in Nuuk, Aasiaat, Maniitsoq, Narsaq, Qaqortoq, and Sisimiut. The anniversary was also celebrated with an online history exhibition and open houses in Greenland's three largest towns. Between July 7th and 9th, Tusass launched VoLTE services in Greenland. Business customers with 50 GB packages gained access on July 7th, those with 20 GB bundles on July 8th, and other customers on July 9th. This launch is significant for roaming under the 'Tusass i Utlandet' service in countries without 2G and 3G networks. On June 5th, a new mascot, Anu the sled dog, appeared at the Tusass Stafeti relay race in Inussivik. Finally, Tusass reported a 3.16 percent revenue decrease in 2024, reaching DKK 797.6 million compared to DKK 823.6 million in 2023. Despite the overall decline, internet turnover for private customers increased by 2 percent, while telephony turnover fell by 8 percent.
