Earlier, on October 23, 2025, Banijay Benelux announced two expansions in the creator economy, which included acquiring a majority stake in Werktitel, a Netherlands-born creative label. This followed the October 16, 2025, launch of "FC Failliet/Finesse" (FCF), a professional football club built by and for influencers and digital creators in collaboration with Southfields, which is set to play in the Dutch professional football league.
