DigiCert acquired Valimail on September 16, 2025. Valimail provides zero trust email authentication as a service, serving over 92,000 clients globally and specializing in Domain-based Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance (DMARC). This acquisition expands DigiCert's capabilities in email authentication, adding a new feature to DigiCert ONE and entering the $4 billion+ market for paid DMARC solutions. The acquisition was announced alongside other mergers and acquisitions, including IonQ's acquisition of Vector Atomic.
