Valsoft announced the acquisition of WSI Technologies, a provider of secure video recording solutions for public safety and child advocacy sectors, on September 9, 2025. This acquisition marks Valsoft's first investment in the public safety technology sector. Additionally, Valsoft acquired iSport360, a youth sports player development software platform, to expand Signature Athletics' portfolio of sports management and training solutions. Other recent mergers and acquisitions included Hub Affiliations and Sporticos, among others.
