Veritas Technologies will sell specialized radio technology firm Epiq to TTM Technologies for $1.1 billion, a company Veritas acquired in 2022. Earlier, on August 6, Veritas announced its plan to acquire Greenbelt-backed Saber Power Services, a vertically integrated power infrastructure services platform that builds, modernizes, and maintains critical electrical systems. This followed Veritas's August 5 agreement to acquire environmental consultant Trinity Consultants from Oak Hill, which had purchased Trinity in 2021 from LLCP. Previously, on July 15, Veritas moved to acquire facilities management services firm BGIS from sellers CCMP Capital Advisors and Alberta Investment Management Corporation.
