The All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company ( VGTRK ) is a state-owned media company headquartered in Russia. Founded in 1990, it is the largest media company in the country and operates five national television channels, three radio stations, and a news agency. VGTRK also owns and operates the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network (RTRS), which provides broadcasting services to over 1,500 cities and towns across Russia.
