Vie Channel is a Privately Owned company headquartered in Vietnam, operating as a core subsidiary of DatVietVAC Group Holdings. Founded in 2003 through the strategic restructuring and consolidation of DID TV and DID Media, the company has approximately 140 employees and reported $18.5M in revenue as of 2024. Vie Channel functions as a television production and content management enterprise, investing in and fully operating three national television channels: Vie Channel – HTV2 (co-managed with Ho Chi Minh City Television), ON Vie GIẢITRÍ (VTVcab 1), and ON Vie DRAMAS (VTVcab 19). These channels are distributed nationwide across digital terrestrial (DTT), cable, direct-to-home (DTH) satellite, and managed IPTV infrastructure. As a creative powerhouse, Vie Channel is behind cultural entertainment properties such as Rap Viet, Anh Trai "Say Hi", The Masked Singer Vietnam, Người Ấy Là Ai?
