Vie Channel, a privately owned company headquartered in Vietnam and a subsidiary of DatVietVAC Group Holdings, was founded in 2003 and employs approximately 140 individuals. It operates as a television production and content management enterprise based in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established through the strategic restructuring and consolidation of DID TV and DID Media, the company invests in and operates three national television channels: Vie Channel – HTV2 (co-managed with Ho Chi Minh City Television), ON Vie GIẢITRÍ (VTVcab 1), and ON Vie DRAMAS (VTVcab 19). These channels are distributed nationwide across digital terrestrial (DTT), cable, direct-to-home (DTH) satellite, and managed IPTV infrastructure. Vie Channel produces cultural entertainment content such as Rap Viet, Anh Trai "Say Hi", The Masked Singer Vietnam, Người Ấy Là Ai? (Who Is That Person), and Siêu Trí Tuệ Việt Nam (Super Intelligence), and is active in domestic broadcasting and online video trends. The company syndicates its intellectual properties to expand its digital presence on social video networks and supplies prime-time programming blocks directly to DatVietVAC’s direct-to-consumer over-the-top (OTT) media application, VieON.
