Vista Radio, also known as Vista Broadcast Group, is a privately owned Canadian company, originally established in Courtenay, British Columbia, and headquartered in Canada. Founded in 2004, and operating with an estimated 350 employees, the company specializes in broadcast media production and distribution. Owned by Westerkirk Capital, Vista Radio is recognized as the second-largest owner of radio stations in Canada. The company initially operated exclusively in British Columbia, expanding its reach in 2007 with the acquisition of an existing station in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and the launch of a new one in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Further expansion into Ontario occurred in 2012 through the acquisition of Haliburton Broadcasting Group. In 2025, Vista Radio further augmented its portfolio by acquiring 21 additional British Columbia stations from Bell Media.
