Vodafone Ukraine, a privately owned telecommunications company founded in 1992 and headquartered in Ukraine, employs approximately 330 people. The company serves 20.9 million customers, offering a range of mobile services including voice communications, messaging, 3G/4G data transfer, fixed internet access, and mobile television.
Vodafone Ukraine repurchased almost $7 million of its eurobonds in three tenders since late May, related to dividend payments. The buyback price increased in a fourth tender, from 85% to 90% of par value in August, then to 92% a week later, and finally to 94% in a subsequent offer. In the first half of 2025, Vodafone Ukraine reported UAH 13.518 billion in revenue, a 15% year-on-year increase. Net profit, however, decreased by 13% to UAH 1.705 billion. Another report indicated that in the first half of the year, revenue reached UAH 13.52 billion, a 15% year-on-year increase, driven by growth in fixed services income. OIBDA was UAH 7.18 billion, up 12%, but the OIBDA margin decreased by 1.7 percentage points to 54.7%. Net profit for this period declined by 13% year-on-year to UAH 1.95 billion. Vodafone Ukraine's GPON network covers 1.6 million households across 20 cities, resulting from over UAH 1.
