Waveguide LLC, a privately owned company headquartered in the United States, was founded in 1996 and employs approximately 190 individuals. The company provides communication technology services, focusing on technology within the built environment and how people, processes, and places integrate to create communication experiences anywhere, anytime, from any device, across settings where people work, learn, and play. Waveguide also engages in long-range, strategic planning for these services. The company was acquired by Compass Group USA in 2016 and is managed under Eurest. In 2024, Waveguide took over management of Microsoft’s team at The Hive, a working laboratory where Microsoft is building the meeting room experiences of the future.
