WCNY announced the return of its culinary and party show "Spatchcock Funk" for Season 3 on March 24, 2026, which will premiere on April 7 on WCNY-TV and be broadcast in over 50 U.S. markets from Los Angeles to Miami. On January 20, 2026, WCNY rebranded its monthly public affairs series "CONNECT: NY" as "The Capitol Pressroom," airing the last Monday of each month at 9 p.m. on WCNY-TV and subsequently on stations across New York.
