On September 7, 2026, MLex reported that China unconditionally cleared Singapore-based Ant International’s AISG Labs’ acquisition of a 30 percent stake in Whale Cloud’s Incloo Technology, a joint venture that includes Hong Kong's CP. Previously, on August 20, 2026, Ansrobex, an embodied AI joint venture co-founded by Whale Cloud, Nanjing NII Group, and AGIBOT, announced three strategic cooperation agreements. These agreements, signed during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai, target the deployment of a combined 550 robots by the end of 2027, with an estimated aggregate cooperation value of CNY 200 million.
