Xarxa Audiovisual Local SL (XAL), a Spanish state-owned company founded in 2000, produces and distributes broadcast media. As of 2023, it employs approximately 170 people and is headquartered in Spain. XAL's primary function is to support local Catalan audiovisual production on behalf of the Diputació de Barcelona.
