YoloLiv, a Privately Owned company headquartered in China, was founded in 2015 with approximately 30 employees. The company specializes in designing and developing video production equipment and software. Its flagship products include portable live streaming and switching studios, which utilize hardware and software to enable live video switching, real-time graphics and text overlays, and multi-destination streaming, all in a compact form factor. YoloLiv works with companies such as Alibaba, Huawei, Baidu, and Tencent. Since late 2019, the company has expanded into the overseas market, covering more than 170 countries globally with over 300 channels, including the USA, Australia, Spain, France, Italy, Japan, and Korea.
YoloLiv launched its own Micro Four Thirds (µ4/3) lens product for its YoloCam S7 camera on April 20, 2026. The YoloCam S7 features a Sony IMX 4/3-inch sensor and an interchangeable lens system, which previously supported lenses such as Panasonic Lumix. YoloLiv also offers the YoloCam S3, equipped with a 1/1.28-inch sensor for 4K30 or 1080/60 capture. This follows the YoloBox Extreme powering a livestream of the "Thru the Chute" boat race in New Braunfels, Texas, on April 16, 2026. Earlier on April 1, 2026, Florian Motorgeanu utilized YoloLiv products to broadcast Romanian folklore for the Professional Artistic Ensemble “Doina Gorjului” from Târgu Jiu. On March 31, 2026, Nick Critelli employed YoloLiv’s network bonding solution to ensure consistent livestreams for sensitive events like funeral services.
