Agencia de Transformacion Digital y Telecomunicaciones, also known as Digital Transformation and Telecommunications Agency or ATDT, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Mexico. Founded in 2025, it functions as one of the twenty-one state secretariats that, alongside the Legal Counsel to the Federal Executive, form the legal cabinet of the Mexican presidency. The agency was established with the objective of unifying the technological capabilities of the Mexican government, generating technological autonomy, and achieving budget savings in accordance with the austerity policy. Its responsibilities also include telecommunications policy, which were transferred from the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation.
