Bahrain Royal Equestrian Federation

Bahrain Royal Equestrian Federation, a state-owned entity based in Bahrain, was established in 2003 and operates with approximately 10 employees. The company specializes in riding and animal sports, functioning as the sole authority for organizing all equestrian activities, games, and events in the Kingdom, taking over from its predecessor, the Bahrain Equestrian Association. The federation was established by a ministerial decree and founded by H.H. Sh. Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, who also heads the Royal Team, representing Bahrain in national and international Equestrian and Endurance championships. All equestrian activities within the Kingdom are sponsored by His Majesty the King and the General Organisation for Youth and Sports (GOYS).
