Basketball England, a privately owned organization founded in 1936, is the governing body for basketball in England. With approximately 180 employees based in the UK, the organization's primary activity is the management and organization of spectator sports. This includes overseeing the English Basketball League for both men and women, and managing the English national basketball teams.
