Bauer Media Audio NI announced plans to relocate its headquarters to City Quays 3, a waterfront location in Belfast Harbour. This move, announced on multiple occasions, will house Cool FM, Downtown, Downtown Country, Greatest Hits NI, and Hits Radio NI in new studio and office space. Separately, Bauer Media, through Greatest Hits Radio Liverpool and Hits Radio, highlighted the benefits of audio sponsorships for businesses in Liverpool and Merseyside. Finally, tickets went on sale September 12th for the Magic of Christmas event at The London Palladium on November 16th, 2025.
