On July 14, Bitwig released video tips demonstrating how users can create "mouse-free melodies" for MIDI sequences within Bitwig Studio, utilizing the Step Input Tool to advance the playhead and input notes with arrow keys. Previously, on July 1, the company hosted a workshop with Certified Trainer Thavius Beck, who explained Bitwig Studio's function as a creative composition tool by developing a basic idea into a full track using its features. This followed the June 25 announcement of three new certified trainers. Torin Blankensmith, a Brooklyn-based audiovisual artist and educator, joined, known for integrating audio synthesis, computer graphics, and machine learning. Stu G, a Miami-based professional with over 15 years in the music industry, bringing experience from performance, production, and product design roles at Pioneer DJ, Denon DJ, and Akai Professional. Also added was Sebastian Gonzato (Gobs) from Brussels, a producer and DJ with over a decade of experience in electronic music production.
