On July 23, 2026, Bluepeak announced it is expanding its fiber footprint by partnering with Harmonic. The company will utilize Harmonic's cOS virtualized core, Pearl R-OLTs, and SeaStar optical node to accelerate rollouts and extend multi-gigabit service, specifically targeting lower-density multiple-dwelling units (MDUs). This collaboration, also announced on July 21, positions Harmonic's cloud-native platform and remote OLTs to enable Bluepeak to incrementally add passive optical network (PON) services while maximizing value from its existing infrastructure. Bluepeak currently serves customers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming.
