The transaction encompassed a 350-acre estate, including 155 acres of vines across the Los Carneros and Mt. Veeder regions in southern Napa Valley. Previously, on May 27, 2026, Boisset Collection announced a distribution alignment with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits across 26 markets and plans for a U.S. sales force expansion. The agreement included representation for California brands such as JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset, Raymond Vineyards, Buena Vista Winery, 1881 Napa, and Durant & Booth, along with French wineries Domaine de la Vougeraie, Jean-Claude Boisset, Bouchard Aîné et Fils, Château de Pierreux, and Charles de Fère. Southern Glazer's also gained representation for DeLoach Vineyards and Elizabeth Spencer Winery in 18 states.
