Nippon Active Value Fund and related parties reduced their stake in Broadmedia Corp to 4.06% from 8.97% on an unspecified date, according to a regulatory filing. Broadmedia reported its full-year 2025 results, showing revenue of JP¥15.5 billion (a 9.5% increase from FY 2024), but a net income of JP¥335.0 million (a 51% decrease from FY 2024).
