News Summary:

On July 31, Brompton Technology's LED processing platform formed the backbone of the controlled virtual production workflow for *Believe Me*, ITV’s four-part true-crime drama from Etta Pictures, part of ITV Studios. The series, written by BAFTA and RTS winner Jeff Pope and directed by Julia Ford, notably used the virtual production setup for scenes filmed inside a black cab driving through London at night. Previously, on July 7, Brompton Technology's Tessera LED processors were central to the critically acclaimed revival of the *American Psycho* musical, which ran at London's Almeida Theatre from January to March. Directed by Rupert Goold and based on Bret Easton Ellis's 1991 novel, the production utilized an LED floor as a central instrument for visual storytelling and 80s pop aesthetics. On June 29, the company's Tessera LED processing platform was revealed to be at the core of a new state-of-the-art virtual production studio at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). This installation, supplied and integrated by Universal Pixels, forms part of a strategic investment by LAMDA in emerging screen technologies aimed at reshaping how the school trains future creative professionals.
