Founded in 1968, the company employs approximately 330 individuals and specializes in broadcast television and radio. The company serves as the official corporate and legal entity that owns and operates TC Televisión, one of Ecuador’s free-to-air commercial television networks. It handles the network's commercial engineering, extensive production infrastructure, and nationwide terrestrial broadcasting signals. Though initially operating as a private corporate enterprise, the entity has been managed under state administration since 2008 and is currently integrated into the public media umbrella Comunica EP.
