Changchun TV Station, a state-owned broadcaster headquartered in China, commenced operations in August 1985. Initially launching with a single channel, it expanded to five channels by January 1, 2004: Integrated Channel (CTV-1), Entertainment Channel (CTV-2), Citizen Life Channel (CTV-3), Commercial Channel (CTV-4), and New Knowledge Channel (CTV-5). The station's programming provided approximately 100 hours of daily television content.
