Previously, on April 6, the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 financial year approved the distribution of IDR 980 billion in cash dividends to shareholders and several strategic decisions supporting sustainable growth. This follows a retrospective published on March 30, which detailed the company's strategies for navigating past crises, referencing the 1998 Asian financial crisis. Earlier, on March 4, Cinema XXI announced its 2025 full-year results, achieving IDR 5.9 trillion in revenue, IDR 776.2 billion in net profit, and IDR 1.8 trillion in EBITDA. As of December 31, 2025, Cinema XXI operated 267 cinemas with 1388 screens across 56 cities and 30 regencies in Indonesia. In February, specifically on the 26th, The Premiere Cinema XXI introduced its "m.dining" feature, allowing audiences to order food and beverages via smartphones directly from their seats.
