City of Hope, also known as CTCA, is a non-profit organization headquartered in the US, operating as a tier 1 media tech buyer. On September 1, 2026, City of Hope reported that a retrospective analysis, conducted between November 2014 and October 2024, found cytoreduction with bridging therapy improved outcomes for pediatric and adult patients with B-ALL who received CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy and had high disease burden. Previously, on July 28, 2026, a new preclinical study by City of Hope, published in Cell Reports Medicine, revealed how leukemia cells weaken the immune system's ability to detect and fight the disease. On the same day, the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), part of City of Hope, was selected to join the Collaborative Research Network (CRN), an international multi-institutional initiative focused on addressing high-priority research questions in Parkinson’s disease, specifically exploring lysosomal dysfunction.
