Claro VTR is a privately owned Chilean telecommunications company formed in 2022 through the merger of Claro Chile and VTR (Vía Trans Radio Comunicaciones SpA). Founded in 1928 (VTR's founding year), the company offers fixed-line broadband, mobile telephony, and television services. Employing approximately 3,600 people, Claro VTR reported revenues of around $500 million in 2024. While initially a joint venture between América Móvil and Liberty Latin America, América Móvil assumed full control of the company in 2024. Its headquarters are located in Chile.
