CNN-News18 refreshed its programming line-up on September 16, 2026, adding new shows and reorganising its weekday and weekend schedule across news analysis, regional coverage, geopolitics, and health under the ‘Voice for a New India’ banner. The revised weekday schedule notably includes "Raw Report" anchored by senior journalist Shawan Sen at 12 PM. Previously, on September 10, the network partnered with Firstpost to host 'BRICS Dialogues' in New Delhi, an event that brought together influential policymakers, economists, and global thought leaders. This dialogue specifically examined India’s role in the Global South ahead of the 18th BRICS Summit. Earlier, on September 4, CNN-News18 launched a week-long special programming series titled ‘BRICS: Bharat’s Moment’, running from September 7 to September 13. This series offered viewers comprehensive on-ground reporting and informed analysis as India prepared to host the 18th BRICS Summit on September 12–13.
