Cogna Educacao SA reported a Q4 adjusted net profit of 985.1 million reais and a recurring EBITDA of 812.3 million reais on March 12. The LSEG poll estimated the Q4 recurring EBITDA at 743.8 million reais. In the second quarter, Cogna reported a net profit of 118.8 million reais, compared to an IBES estimate of 110.7 million reais, and an EBITDA of 527.8 million reais versus an IBES estimate of 545 million reais. On August 8, 2025, Cogna acquired Faculdade de Medicina de Dourados for 54.4 million reais.
