In March 2024, CRA reported a revenue increase of almost 10% to CZK 2.5 billion and an EBITDA growth of around 10% to over CZK 1.2 billion for the financial year. Non-broadcast activities became the primary revenue generators for the first time. In August 2024, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, the majority owner of CRA, secured CZK 5.0 billion in senior financing for CRA, maturing in August 2030. CRA also announced the launch of the regional network for DAB digital radio on acquired frequencies, with the first broadcast network set to launch from the Praha Zizkov transmitter. In a separate development, Clifford Chance advised a group of major banks on the financing of CRA's CZK 5 billion refinancing.
