On March 25, 2024, the general assembly of a merged company, and on March 26, 2024, the general assembly of the acquiring company approved a merger agreement between Odašiljači i veze d.o.o. (OIV) and Pomorski centar za elektroniku d.o.o. (PCE). Implementation of the 5G-ADRIA project, in cooperation with Telemach Hrvatska, Telemach Slovenia, DARS, and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana, began January 1, 2024. This project, funded by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), focuses on 5G infrastructure analysis for transport services in Slovenia and Croatia. Construction of a new OIV office building in Zadar, covering 2084 m2, started in March 2024 and is planned in three phases. On September 20, 2024, an addendum to an agreement was signed in Sarajevo, enabling the continuation of a digitalization project for Bosnian public broadcasting services. This addendum, worth €13,083,503.75, involved Nimbus Innovations' withdrawal and OIV's assumption of all rights and obligations. Bosnia and Herzegovina also entrusted OIV with completing the long-delayed rollout of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT).
