On September 1, 2024, Levira began broadcasting DAB+ digital radio in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Koeru, and Valgjärve, offering access to 23 radio stations. Existing FM transmitters continued operation. Levira's DAB+ pilot program, running for over three years, transitioned into a fully licensed service. On August 26, 2025, Paneda announced its selection as the supplier of a new DAB head-end platform for Levira's network.
