d-force, a privately owned German company founded in 2019, is a joint venture between ProSiebenSat.1 and Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland. Employing approximately 30 people, d-force operates a real-time bidding (RTB) and programmatic platform designed to facilitate the programmatic purchase of addressable television and online video advertising inventory. This platform aggregates inventory from the parent companies and other partners, aiming to offer advertisers broad reach and guaranteed brand safety. In 2024, the company's revenue was less than $10 million.
On 1 April 2023, d-force, a programmatic video specialist, announced the appointment of Ricarda Jebsen to its management board. Jebsen, who is also the CEO of Virtual Minds, succeeds Ralf Hammerath, also the CEO of Virtual Minds. Additionally, RTL Deutschland and ProSiebenSat.1 Media, the joint venture partners of d-force, established an addressable advertising technology joint venture. Furthermore, dForce introduced an integrated and interoperable platform of open finance protocols covering lending assets and trading. Lastly, NAOS Finance and dForce collaborated to expand risk-weighted assets-backed products to decentralized finance, enabling NAOS to onboard dForce.
