Datacomm Cloud Business celebrated its second anniversary on October 8, 2017, with two announcements in Jakarta. On June 18, 2025, Carolina Advanced Digital's State Local Government Education (SLED) and Commercial business unit joined Eastern DataComm. Separately, Excendio Advisors announced the upcoming one-year anniversary of Eastern DataComm's acquisition of OSI Technology on April 16, 2025. The acquisition, where Excendio Advisors acted as OSI's exclusive M&A advisor, occurred a year prior. A separate news item mentions Praveen Shinde's appointment as Vice President of Sales India for FatPipe, following his tenure as Head of Sales at Reliance Datacomm.
