Digital Domain announced a collaboration with Toppan Holdings in the field of virtual humans, utilizing high-resolution biometric scan data. This collaboration follows a memorandum of understanding signed earlier this month between Digital Domain Content Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital Domain Holdings, and Toppan Holdings. Separately, Steven Marolho joined Heckler as Managing Director and Executive Producer. Marolho held senior leadership roles at Technicolor Moving Picture Company and Digital Domain. Additionally, Nicole Fina, a veteran of the visual effects and post-production industries, joined Zoic Studios as senior executive producer of its advertising arm after spending over five years at Digital Domain, leading their commercial and games divisions.
