Docomo Pacific, a privately owned company and wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Docomo, is headquartered in Guam. Founded in 1991, it employs approximately 290 individuals. Functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer, the company specializes in media and TV services, operating as a telecommunications provider that offers cable, internet, home phone, and mobile services to residents of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
On April 30, 2026, a Guam Department of Labor initiative highlighted Jose Leon Guerrero, a senior radio access network engineer with Docomo Pacific, as an example of how apprenticeship programs build a local workforce in critical industries. Guerrero began his career in 2012 as a telecommunications technician apprentice. Earlier, on April 20, Docomo Pacific, alongside GTA and IT&E, continued post-Super Typhoon Sinlaku restoration efforts, reporting most of their systems back online, according to a Joint Information Center media release. This followed initial reports on April 15 where Docomo Pacific, GTA Teleguam, and IT&E stated they were assessing network damage and addressing power outages after Typhoon Sinlaku caused slow or no service for residents. Previously, on December 18, 2025, Guam Business Magazine named Christine Won Pat Baleto, President and CEO of Docomo Pacific, among six nominees for its 2025 Executive of the Year award.
