Es'hailSat CEO Ali Ahmed Al Kuwari noted that the design, manufacturing, and launch phase for Es'hail-3 will take between three and four years. This follows a strategic partnership agreement signed on July 2 between Es'hailSat and Türksat, Türkiye's national satellite operator, for the Es'hail-3/Türksat-Biruni satellite project, aimed at expanding reach and unlocking new opportunities in satellite services. Earlier, on July 1, Es'hailSat commissioned Thales Alenia Space to develop the Es'hail-3/Türksat-Biruni satellite. Built on the software-defined Space INSPIRE platform, this satellite will provide flexible broadband connectivity across Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East in partnership with Türksat.
