This development, when completed, is expected to be one of the largest retail developments in the Southwest US, with over 820,000 square feet of retail space. In contrast, the EVO Entertainment location in Southlake, Texas, has been rebranded as Hooky Entertainment; signage has been removed and a temporary sign displays the new name.
