The deal included seven cinemas in Massachusetts, four in New York, one in Ohio, and one in Rhode Island. This follows an agreement Kinepolis announced on June 11, 2026, with Harbor Lights Entertainment, formerly National Amusements, to acquire the US Showcase Cinemas circuit in a deal valued at $30 million.
