Pan-European fund Marguerite said it has joined forces with IPC (Infrastrutture per la Crescita), a fund managed by Azimut Libera Impresa, to invest in Italian B2B operator FibreConnect, active since 2022. Following the investment, Marguerite and the IPC fund will have stakes of 45 percent and 55 percent respectively in FibreConnect, whose core business is providing very-high capacity broadband access on a wholesale basis to companies in industrial areas.
