Later in February 2025, Marguerite, a pan-European infrastructure fund, and Infrastrutture per la Crescita (IPC), a fund managed by Azimut Libera Impresa, announced investments in FibreConnect. Marguerite and IPC will hold 45 percent and 55 percent stakes respectively. These investments represent a new shareholder structure and further investment in the company.
