Formata Producoes e Conteudo is a Privately Owned independent Brazilian television and film production company headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Founded in 2015 by media executive Daniela Busoli alongside partners Patrícia Cavalcante and Dody Sirena of the entertainment conglomerate DCSet Group, the company operates with approximately 150 employees and specializes in entertainment content rights, focusing on the development, financing, and execution of diverse multi-genre portfolios within the Latin American market. It has accumulated over 550 hours of original programming, encompassing scripted fiction, telenovelas, cinematic feature comedies, and unscripted reality television formats for the Portuguese-language market. Productions include scripted series and features such as Betinho: No Fio da Navalha, Jezabel, Z4 (co-produced with Disney), and the Os Parças film franchise, in addition to non-scripted titles like Fábrica de Casamentos, Adotada, A Culpa é do Cabral, and localized adaptations of international reality properties such as Hell's Kitchen and BBQ Brasil.
