A subsidiary of Fremantle, which is part of the RTL Group and the international conglomerate Bertelsmann, the company was established in 1995 and employs approximately 70 individuals. It specializes in entertainment content rights, focusing on the development, localization, and high-volume execution of unscripted multi-platform formats, television gameshows, and digital entertainment. The studio has generated more than 28,000 hours of primetime programming, including established television properties such as Family 100, Indonesian Idol, X Factor Indonesia, Indonesia's Got Talent, MasterChef Indonesia, and Take Me Out Indonesia.
