Screenplay Films, also known as PT Screenplay Sinema Film, is a privately owned Indonesian company headquartered at the SCTV Tower in Central Jakarta, operating as a subsidiary of Emtek. Founded in 2015 with approximately 100 employees, the company specializes in movies, videos, and sound production. It functions as a vertically integrated mass media film studio and television entertainment corporation that initially captured the domestic terrestrial television market, subsequently expanding into digital media and driving the region's premium subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) and streaming content. The company maintains an extensive intellectual property library of cinematic features, long-running daily soap operas (sinetron), and web series. Its multi-genre catalog includes Joko Anwar’s superhero epic Gundala (part of the Bumilangit Cinematic Universe), the action-thriller franchise Pertaruhan The Series, the horror-hit DreadOut, the drama Orang Kaya Baru, the romantic drama series Turn On, the zombie-horror series Zona Merah, and Mendua (the official Indonesian adaptation of BBC’s Doctor Foster produced in collaboration with Disney+ Hotstar).
