Ghana Football Association, also known as GFA, is a state-owned organization headquartered in Ghana. Founded in 1957, with approximately 130 employees, the GFA serves as the governing body for soccer in Ghana. Functioning as a representative democracy and an umbrella organization for all football clubs and other interest groups in the country, it is responsible for overseeing, promoting, and developing Ghana football at all levels, from grassroots to the professional game.
