Previously, Google's Gemini-powered math agents found proofs for five unsolved math problems using a team of AI agents whose work receives grading from automated checkers, a framework DeepMind calls AlphaProof Nexus. Also on October 2, 2026, Google DeepMind's CEO Koray Kavukcuoglu shared insights into the company's robotics strategy, emphasizing software and intelligence over hardware.
