Habyt, a privately owned company headquartered in Germany, was founded in 2017 and employs approximately 170 individuals. The company specializes in the development and management of community-driven and technologically enabled co-living spaces.
Habyt will operate a new 224-key hotel and serviced residence in Singapore's Punggol Digital District (PDD), following JTC's award of the tender to Verdant View, a joint venture between JMD Holdings and TCRE Partners co-founder Nicholas Yeo, on March 18, 2026. This development, slated for PDD’s Tower 98, marks the district's first hospitality project and is expected to open in 2027 under a direct 60-year lease. JTC awarded the tender to Verdant View for S$43.5 million on March 17, 2026. Previously, on January 18, 2026, STRABAG Real Estate GmbH (SRE) secured Habyt as the anchor tenant for a new district development project on Hanauer Strasse in Munich.
