Previously, on November 10, 2025, flex-living brand Habyt introduced its lifestyle hotel brand, Atipico Hotels, with the debut Atipico hotel opening in Madrid at Calle Alcalá 164. This property offers 118 rooms, some with terraces, alongside coworking space, a gym, and a rooftop, aligning with Habyt’s expansion strategy into Madrid’s hospitality market. The design of Atipico Madrid emphasizes practicality, intentionally avoiding rigid architectural norms.
