Hudson MX, a privately owned company headquartered in the US, was founded in 2016 and employs approximately 30 individuals. The company reported $7.0M in revenue as of 2024. Functioning as an advertising software firm, it specializes in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) and programmatic solutions.
Hudson MX discontinued operations this week. At least some of its assets and personnel were acquired by Comcast Corporation's FreeWheel technology unit. An earlier report incorrectly stated that FreeWheel had acquired certain assets and hired some former Hudson MX employees. Prior to its closure, Hudson MX developed a cloud-based platform designed to streamline and manage the media buying process for agencies and advertisers. Will Batson, a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Hudson MX, was recently appointed head of growth at AdLib Media Group.
