On February 26, 2026, Insight TV CEO Viktoriia Tkachenko showcased the shared mission of Insight TV and the newly formed World Storytelling Media Group (WSMG) with Off the Fence at London Screenings and MIP London. Previously, on October 29, 2025, Off the Fence Media (OTF), operating as part of the World Storytelling Media Group, announced new partnerships with Wildbear Entertainment and Enderley Pictures, alongside its first deal with factual specialist Afanti Media. This follows Insight TV's acquisition of British-Dutch producer-distributor Off The Fence on July 31, 2025. The Amsterdam-based global channel group and FAST streaming specialist in factual and lifestyle programming acquired the "My Octopus Teacher" outfit, saving it from bankruptcy proceedings that began in June after OTF and its sole shareholder, ZDF Studios, could not stabilize its financial footing.
