Established by Chan to bypass creative limitations and gain artistic governance over his domestic film career following Golden Harvest's withdrawal from the film industry, the studio specializes in financing, developing, and releasing commercial martial arts blockbusters, action comedies, and high-budget Hong Kong and mainland Chinese co-productions, focusing on content rights. Its cinematic library includes titles such as New Police Story, The Myth, Rob-B-Hood, Shinjuku Incident, Little Big Soldier, 1911, and CZ12.
